CRUSADES AND MISSIONS Bishop Alois Rutivi’s vision is way beyond the four walls of his local assembly, it is by all means global. He therefore travels across Africa and beyond, on invitation by those that perceive God’s grace upon him and acknowledge heartily the gifts and calling of God on his life. He travels to conduct Gospel Crusades, Revival meetings and Conferences whenever Christ leads Him. For these to come to your area, just send an invitation with proposed dates a year in advance through postal mail or email. Once it reaches him, he will pray about it to seek the HolySpirit’s guidance as plans his itinerary. He is passionate about lost souls and “bringing many sons unto glory.” Hebrews 2:10 through teaching of the gospel of the kingdom and manifesting Christ glory to the nations. We appeal to intercessors and all men and women of good will, everywhere to uphold our outreach – missions and crusades with prayer as we preach Christ and Him crucified! Many blessings! MISSION TO HARARE The Harare, Super Sunday held on the 25th April 2010 in Chitungwiza city just a little over 20 kms. South West of Harare, had a good representation of the saints and work in Zimbabwe on a national scale. Saints gathered to worship God, hear the word and fellowship with one another in such a brotherly atmosphere. In these meetings which are periodically held across the country, the spirit of unity and cohesion is usually felt strongly among the saints and ministers, as they work and pull resources together. Rev. Simbarashe Madziwa is being used of God greatly to build a strong, unbreakable net of Pastors and saints for an end-time harvest. The message largely dwelt on the necessity of building the house of God and establishing God’s passionate desire to dwell near His people. “And let them make me a sanctuary, house of God was clear, that He may dwell among them.” Exodus 25:8. The reason for the sanctuary/house of God was clear, that He may dwell/tabernacle among them. This is why there was an ark of the covenant. This is why there would be a tabernacle and temple to house that ark of God. God bringing Himself close to man. Jacob perhaps can be said to be the first one to actualize the concept of his grandfather Abraham at Bethel (House of God), when he built an altar and called upon the name of the Lord. Genesis 12:7,8. This city was formally called Luz. But Jacob changed it to Bethel. So Abram saw the need to build the house of God. It is important to note that once the house of God is built, or even for it to be built there goes an inevitable responsibility to receive tithes and offerings for its maintenance and support of the ministers. That is why Abraham gave tithes to Melchizedek. Genesis 14:20. Jacob too understood the house of God concept when he saw in a vision the ladder at Bethel. He said “….how dreadful is this place! This is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.” Genesis 28:17. Upon the stone that he had put for his pillows, he poured oil on its top, meaning that all present-day houses of God must also be Holy Ghost anointed. But what is interesting to note, is, Jacob made a vow to pay all tithes – here again man’s responsibility for the house of God is demonstrated. King David also demonstrated this responsibility when he prepared tonnes and tonnes of gold and silver for the temple of God that Solomon his son would build. But for the tabernacle of God’s glory, God gave a pattern to Moses and insisted that it be built according to that pattern. Exodus 25:9, 40; 26:30). This was a type and shadow of what is in heaven. Hebrews 8:5. This was pointing to Christ Jesus the Word that became flesh and dwelt (tabernacle) among men. John 1:14. “For in Christ all the fullness of the God-head dwelt bodily.” Colossians 2:19. He is the dwelling place of God! (See Colossians 1:19 & Ephesians 1:22-23). Therefore, Jesus is the head and the Church is His Body. The saints and ministers were greatly blessed, and captured with refreshed zeal the vision to build the house of God. They were ministered to by laying on of hands by Apostle Rutivi. The local Pastor Gracious Urayayi and the saints of Chitungwiza were so grateful to their Bishop, Madziwa and the Pastors of Gospel of Peace assemblies of Zimbabwe and the saints that came. He too was overly appreciative to Apostle and sister Rutivi and brother Ben Obura for gracing the meeting with their invaluable presence.
